Over 10 years of experience supporting clients from a wide range of backgrounds.

I combine several counselling approaches in my practice depending on what you need at any given time

I offer individual and partner therapy from my practice rooms in Bricket Wood, St. Albans as well online counselling and supervision to other therapists.

I believe everyone is unique and so aim to provide the right therapy for your specific needs in a safe space where you can explore without judgement or prejudice. My practice is pluralistic which means I adapt our sessions to best suit you, and utilise a combination of philosophies including humanistic, CBT, psychodynamic and existentialism to help you achieve your therapy goals.

I offer general counselling as well as specialising in psychosexual and relationship therapy.

I run a sex positive practice, support people from many backgrounds and cultures, including GSRD (Gender, Sexual, and Relationship Diversity). I work with people of all genders and sexualities as well as kink, BDSM and polyamory.

I am a COSRT (College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists) accredited counsellor and supervisor and a certified member of BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy).

Previously I have worked at Woodbridge Therapy, St Albans Sexual Health Clinic (on behalf of LCC) and at St Albans SPECTRUM addiction centre.

In addition to my private practice, I am a teacher at CICS (Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology) and have previously taught humanistic counselling at Barnet College.
