I am a professional counsellor practicing in St Albans, Watford and the surrounding area where I work with individuals and couples from a wide range of backgrounds.
Aside from my private practice, I am also an associate therapist at Woodbridge Therapy providing psychosexual and relationship counselling in St Albans. I have previously worked at in Letchworth and at the St Albans Hospital Sexual Health Clinic on behalf of the Local Counselling Centre. I have also worked for CRI SPECTRUM St Albans supporting people with addiction.
For me, counselling is a partnership. I see us working together to discover, learn and make the changes that are important to you.
Everyone is unique and I believe in providing the right therapeutic style for your individual needs. There are no rules and there are no rights or wrongs, just a safe space to explore without judgement or prejudice.
I combine several counselling approaches in my practice including humanistic therapies, CBT and existentialist philosophies. I am also a qualified psychosexual and relationship therapist, working with individuals and couples.
We all have the ability within us to change and to grow and to free ourselves from obstacles in our lives... sometimes we just need help releasing it.
I am a certified member of BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and COSRT (College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists).
